The Phelps Security Training Academy is a state-certified training center with state-certified training officers with the state-of-the-art teaching materials to administer unarmed and armed license courses.

For armed licensing, the learning has just begun. A full battery of weapons instruction, marksmanship, gun safety, gun care and maintenance, rules of engagement, and use of deadly force lessons are thoroughly conducted at Phelps Security Academy and on an advanced gun range by experts from the fields of law enforcement, military, and/or elite anti-terror forces.
Our personnel will also be site-trained on site-specific procedures and policies and offered on-going training, which is geared to maximize our effectiveness in delivering the high level of service and satisfaction we are known for.
